FIELD SUPERVISOR
LaneSafe is currently looking to hire a experienced A Field Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the activities of employees who work outside the office or on-site at various locations.
As a Field Supervisor you will provide guidance, support, and training to field employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job effectively.
- Requirements
- Monitor productivity by tracking the performance of field staff, setting performance goals, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Manage resources and materials for field operations, ensuring that everything is available when needed.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, complete reports, and provide updates to management on field activities, performance, and any other issues/concerns that may arise.
- Assist in the hiring of TCPs and LCTs as well as new hire orientation upon request of the Operations Manager.
- Assist with office/yard inspections and inventory.
- Assist with the truck maintenance and equipment stock
- Attend JHSC meetings.
- Maintain monthly quota for site inspections.
- Perform truck and PPE quarterly inspections.
- Resolution of site issues escalated to the Dispatcher or Operations Manager by clients and or the public.
- Lead incident investigations and reporting.
- Provide information from Management to employees and vice versa.
- Assist with the Return-to-Work Program as required by the Operations Manager.
- Perform as a TCP or LCT as required.
